Servergraph Improves Support for StorageTek Tape Libraries

Adds seamless support for ACSLS manager

Austin, TX June 23, 2004 - Servergraph today released Servergraph/TSM 3.4.3, the latest version of its agentless software that manages and automates Tivoli Storage Manager backup environments. This newest version of Servergraph/TSM provides seamless support for StorageTek robotic tape libraries using StorageTek's ACSLS manager software.

Servergraph/TSM is agentless management and analysis software for backup environments that pays for itself in three to six months, according to Mark Roberts, president of Servergraph. "Tivoli Storage Manager software sees ACSLS manager as an external media manager and therefore gets less information than with other library types. Servergraph/TSM provides the information necessary to manage these complex environments effectively."
